Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN)/Home Healthcare (HH) Glen Carbon, Illinois. This position involves providing clinical nursing care within a home healthcare setting. The RN will perform a variety of patient assessments and clinical procedures while working within the scope of home health services. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Glen Carbon, Illinois
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active MO license or compact license (must match permanent residence), minimum 1-2 years of medical-surgical (MS) or acute care experience, 1 year home care experience, ortho experience required, BLS, phlebotomy certification, ACLS required, experience with EPIC electronic medical record system, vaccinations including flu, and availability to start on 06/29/2026
• Additional Information: No local candidates accepted within a 75-mile radius; no local travelers allowed except for Patient Care Technicians, Certified Nurse Assistants, and Medical Assistants. All travelers will float within the service line.
• Special Requirements: Phlebotomy skills, post-op assessments, wound care, IV therapy (antibiotics, TPN), wound vac management, post ortho/joint and post surgical complications assessments, patient education, and performing admission assessments and discharges.
