Job Summary:
Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Schenectady, New York. This role involves providing specialized care in complex cardiac procedures, including complex percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), Impella support, intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), intracavitary ultrasound (IVUS), fractional flow reserve (FFR), and the use of EKOS devices. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day. The position requires independent practice in left and right heart catheterizations and advanced cardiac interventions.

Job Details:

• Location: Schenectady, NY
• Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab
• Shift Hours: 10 hours daily, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Schedule: Days
• Required Qualifications: Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and at least 2 years of specialty experience; can screen to manager with 1 year of experience. Current New York State nursing license required, with the possibility to screen to manager without it.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in independent left and right heart catheterizations, complex PCI, Impella, IABP, IVUS, FFR, and EKOS.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: No block scheduling will be approved. On-call requiredone day per week and every third weekend.
