Description

Job Summary:
A registered nurse (RN) position in the Rehabilitation specialty is available in Louisville, Kentucky. This role involves working in a dedicated inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital, focusing on the treatment and recovery of patients with severe injuries or illnesses. Candidates are required to bring their active RN license on the first day. The position primarily covers weekend shifts from Friday through Sunday.

Location: Louisville, Kentucky
Specialty: Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor (MS REHAB)
Shift: Weekend shift Friday to Sunday, 12-hour shifts
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
Required Qualifications: Active RN license, ADN or higher degree, 1-2 years hospital experience, Cerner Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience, BLS certification, Kentucky residence or eligibility to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications: Rehabilitation experience, critical thinking skills, ability to manage patient ratios of approximately 1 to 7 RN, 1 to 10 LPN, and 1 to 12 tech (C.NA) on site.
Additional Information: On-site equipment includes EKG machine and bladder scanner.
Schedule: Weekend shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
No float rotation required.
