Description
Job Summary: Burlington, Vermont Dialysis Unit Registered Nurse (RN). The role provides home dialysis training and ongoing patient maintenance support for chronic renal (ESRD) patients in an outpatient setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 8-hour days, Monday through Sunday; no weekends.
- Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Epic experience within the past 2 years; home dialysis experience in an outpatient setting, including training patients on home dialysis and maintaining patients on home dialysis; at least 1 year of outpatient experience; experience with Baxter PD cycles and NxStage home hemodialysis machine.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior travel experience.
- Additional Information: The role is limited to 13 weeks only, including FMLA/LOA coverage. Bi-weekly orientations occur on Mondays, and schedule flexibility is required to work assigned shifts. Employment gaps over 90 days must be explained as part of the submission requirements.
