Description
Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN), Labor and Delivery (L&D) Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The organization is seeking an RN to support Labor and Birth services during overnight shifts. Responsibilities include providing patient care for laboring patients in a fast-paced environment and supporting clinical workflow for labor beds, antepartum, and pre/post areas. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights; 3x12; 19000700; minimum 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS); Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM); Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); 2 years of labor experience in a hospital that delivers 350400 monthly.
- Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Responsibilities: Provide nursing care for Labor and Birth patients, including support for labor beds as well as antepartum and pre/post areas; utilize external fetal monitoring as applicable; maintain patient safety and support unit workflow within estimated patient ratios (1:1 or 2:1, estimates not guarantees).
