A Telemetry (MS/Tele) role is available with the organization for an acute-care setting in Laveen, Arizona. This position supports patient monitoring and care for individuals requiring telemetry surveillance, including post-surgical patients. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights (12-hour shifts), minimum 36 hours per week; weekends in rotation with core staff; holidays required (A or B).
• Required Qualifications: Registered nursing license (license required for submission); Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications; minimum 2 years of experience in telemetry/medical-surgical (MS) telemetry.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Additional Information:
  • Telemetry unit (MS/Tele) with Cerner charting.
  • Floating to a sister facility in Mesa may be required if needed.
  • Dysrhythmia exam required prior to signing the contract; a pass is required within two attempts.
  • A pass/fail simulation (Sim Lab) is required on Day 1 of orientation.
  • Floor-specific orientation: 2 days.
  • Common patient types include MS/Tele and post-surgical patients (e.g., appendectomy and cholecystectomy).
  • Weekend rotation with core staff is required.
