Job Summary:
Emergency Department Registered Nurse in Phoenix, Arizona. This position requires assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to patients in the emergency setting on a night shift. Candidates are expected to bring their license on the first day.

• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, 1 year of experience in an emergency room setting, current clinical skills, Arizona residency or licensure preference, no specific degree requirements.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience drawing blood in an emergency environment.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Additional Information: The Emergency Department Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The role includes supervision of staff delegated care and supporting the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, staff competency, and resource management related to patient care. Candidates must be willing to draw blood as part of their clinical duties.
