Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) registered nurses (RNs) are being sought for a dynamic facility located in Matthews, North Carolina. This role involves providing critical care in an emergency department setting, with a focus on advanced clinical skills and autonomous patient management. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Position Type: RN - ER
• Location: Matthews, North Carolina
• Shift Time: Nights (12-hour shifts)
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0 hours

• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale), CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute); 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience (Resource Team requirement)
• Preferred Qualifications: TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• Schedule: Every other weekend rotation; no call; travelers will work 75% of holidays
• Float: Float rotation may be required to all regions and facilities listed within scope of practice, including regional hospitals and freestanding emergency departments. If floating occurs mid-shift, travel time will be compensated.
• Additional Information: Helipad on site for transfers, free parking, scrubs navy in color, orientation includes 2 days departmental and NEO, up to 6 days RTO (excluding holidays).
