Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is being sought for a position in Falmouth, Massachusetts. This role involves delivering comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position offers the potential to float to medical/surgical telemetry units when operational needs or low census arise. The shift is scheduled for nights.

Job Details:

• Location: Falmouth, Massachusetts
• Shift Hours: 12-hour night shifts
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Start Date: 07/20/2026
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of a School of Nursing (RN), currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR), De-escalation Certification, and ICU experience demonstrating skills in hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator care, and intracranial pressure monitoring.
• Additional Information: Candidate must have demonstrated proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator care, and intracranial pressure monitoring. Skills in computerized nursing informatics are required. Experience in critical care settings is necessary.
