🩺 Travel ICU Registered Nurse – Massachusetts 

📅 Start Date: 7/20
📝 Contract: 13 weeks
⏰ Schedule: 3x12 Nights (7p–7a), 36 hrs/week, every other weekend + rotating holidays

💼 Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-level critical care in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to manage complex patient conditions, and flexibility to float to Med/Surg Tele units as needed.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive critical care using the nursing process
• Perform patient assessments, monitoring, and documentation
• Manage ventilators, IV therapy, central lines, and medication administration
• Respond to emergencies including CPR and life-saving interventions
• Maintain accurate patient status records and collaborate with care teams
• Float to Med/Surg/Telemetry units when required

✅ Requirements

• Active MA RN License
• 2+ years recent ICU experience (required)
• 1+ year Med/Surg or Telemetry experience
• Previous travel experience required
• Certifications:
  • BLS (required)
  • ACLS (required)
• Must be comfortable floating

💰 Compensation (Travel)

• Weekly Package:
  • July/Aug: ~$3,386/week
  • Sept–End: ~$3,036/week
• Housing Stipend:
  • Summer Peak: $1,344/week
  • After August: $994/week
• Meals & incidentals included
