Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care, following individualized nursing care plans, and supervising ancillary staff. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Mechanicsburg, PA
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours shift time, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required prior to first shift; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required prior to first shift (CIRH only); minimum two (2) years bedside clinical experience
• Specialties: Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, develops and updates individualized care plans, and participates in patient education and discharge planning. Provides direct patient care utilizing nursing processes, communicates effectively with care team, and contributes to a safe and positive work environment. Assumes charge responsibilities as appropriate, identifies opportunities for professional growth, and engages in team building activities.
