Description

Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) RN position available in Burlington, Vermont. This assignment is for a duration of 13-16 weeks, requiring candidates to work rotating between day and evening schedules. Candidates must bring their license upon first day of employment.

Job Details:

  • Location: Burlington, Vermont
  • Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts with rotating day/evening schedules (0845-1915, 1045-2115, or 1245-2315)
  • Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0
  • Required Qualifications: Prior travel experience; two years of OR RN experience; large (500+ beds) trauma level 1 experience; EPIC experience from within the past 2 years; circulate and scrub skills checklists in packet; ability to scrub all specialties except cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) cases; proficiency in scrubbing general OR, urology, gynecology, ear, nose, and throat, eyes, plastics, laparoscopic, trauma, thoracic, and vascular cases; must have valid license, and bring license on first day.
  • Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
  • Schedule: Rotating between day and evening shifts, with off shift options available. Off shifts are 0845-1915, 1045-2115, or 1245-2315.
  • Additional Information:
    • IVS to OFFER
    • Work days range from Monday through Sunday
    • No block scheduling for any reason
    • Bi-weekly orientations, next scheduled for 07/27/2026
    • All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
    • Complete work history including bed count, EMR, and facility type is required to submit application
    • Reliable transportation is strongly recommended as public transportation is not accessible in the area
