Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse position located in Springfield, Vermont. This role involves providing urgent patient care in a busy Emergency Department serving approximately 14,000 patient visits annually. The schedule features 12-hour night shifts, with responsibilities that require current emergency department experience and a range of active certifications. The nurse will be part of a fully staffed, around-the-clock department committed to delivering high-quality emergency services.

Job Details:

• Shift Time: Nights, 12 hours per shift
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Start Date: 07/27/2026
• Required Qualifications: 2+ years of current Emergency Department experience in a hospital setting, Bachelor's Degree (preferred), Vermont Registered Nurse license or Compact license (must be uploaded with profile), active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications (all must be active and in hand)
• Preferred Qualifications: Three months minimum travel experience in a healthcare setting, Bachelor's Degree
• Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required
• Additional Information:
  • Block scheduling will not be considered for this need
  • 48-hour guarantee is not available for this need
  • All certifications must be current and in possession
  • Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
  • Perm address must be included in profile
  • All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission; requests after offer or interview may lead to rescinded offer
  • Every other weekend and holidays may be required if needed
