Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nurse position in Miami, Florida. This travel-only assignment is ideal for experienced RNs seeking an opportunity in a large Level I trauma facility. The role involves providing care on a 12-bed unit specializing in kidney, kidney-pancreas, pancreas, and liver transplant nursing, with a focus on patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration. Orientation date is scheduled for July 27, 2026, with a six-week duration.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Florida licensure or compact license, minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, prior travel experience in a large Level I trauma hospital, transplant experience preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in transplant nursing and working with interdisciplinary teams.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience and prior travel experience in a large Level I trauma facility. This assignment offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on high-quality patient care and excellent customer service, emphasizing patient satisfaction and HCAHPS scores.
