Job Summary
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) -- for a facility located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role involves providing bedside care to obstetrical patients in a fast-paced, high acuity Level 3 Perinatal Center. The position requires delivering specialized care for various obstetric conditions and supporting a busy delivery unit.

Job Details

Schedule: Nights, 4x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Indiana state licensure as an RN, ACLS, BLS, NRP certifications; 2 years of Labor and Delivery (L&D) experience; EMR: Cerner; minimum of 0 years of clinical experience
Scope of Role: RN bedside care for obstetrical patients including but not limited to preterm premature rupture of membranes, spontaneous rupture of membranes, labor ruling out, induction of labor, Cesarean deliveries, pre-eclampsia, and antepartum concerns.
Additional Information: The facility has 15 beds in the unit with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:1. Orientation consists of 2 shifts. Scrubs are hospital-issued. Travelers must attach all required licenses and certifications, including a driver's license and proof of permanent home address matching ID. Float is not required.
