Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Emergency Room (ER) care is sought for a travel assignment in a healthcare facility located in the region. The position involves providing high-quality patient care during night shifts, with a focus on responding to urgent medical needs in a busy ER environment. The assignment is suitable for experienced ER nurses looking to contribute to a dynamic team over a 13-week period.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: BSN degree, RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications, minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Room, 1 year of travel experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in high-volume ER settings and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Additional Information: The unit maintains a 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio in a 25-bed ER. EMR utilized is Allscripts. The facility requires references and full vaccination with the current season's flu vaccine during flu season (November 1st May 30th). Vaccination for COVID-19 is strongly recommended but not mandatory. Holiday work may be required, with dates including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. The position is located at 300 W. Huntington Dr, Arcadia, CA 91007.
