Job Summary:
Specialty Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor and Delivery (L&D) located in Washington, D.C. The position involves providing postpartum and mother-baby care on a day shift schedule. Candidates must have verified Cerner experience and relevant clinical skills to support patients through vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and gynecological surgeries within a facility that emphasizes patient-centered care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 12-hour shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of District of Columbia, minimum of 2 years of experience preferred, graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program, BSN highly desired, verified Cerner experience required, ACLS, NRP, BLS certifications, postpartum/mother-baby experience required, must live at least 50 miles from the facility

• Additional Information: This role requires candidates to have current license, OB/GYN or postpartum/mother-baby clinical experience, and the ability to provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and patient-centered standards. The position supports patients undergoing vaginal delivery, C-section, and GYN surgeries, with a focus on service excellence.
