Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) located in Lafayette, Colorado. This role involves performing advanced nursing functions, including assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient care within a busy ICU setting. The nurse will execute delegated medical functions, provide health education and counseling, and collaborate with the healthcare team to promote patient well-being.

Job Details

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Days, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice; BLS (American Heart Association) certification; ACLS (American Heart Association) certification; 1+ years of clinical experience in critical care setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in an intensive care environment; Bachelors degree of Nursing (preferred).
• Responsibilities include assessing patient health data, implementing care plans, monitoring therapy and treatment plans, documenting clinical information, referring patients for further evaluation, and utilizing resources efficiently.
• May be required to float within scope of competency and qualifications based on business needs.
• May be required to be placed on-call during scheduled shifts.
• Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
