Job Summary
Medical Surgical Float Position in Johnson City, New York. This role involves providing high-quality bedside care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a medical-surgical setting with float responsibilities across various units. The RN will assess, plan, and deliver patient care while adhering to all regulatory and organizational standards to promote patient safety and well-being.

Job Details

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts; 36 hours per week; every other weekend; start date: 07/20/2026
• Required Qualifications: Nursing (RN) experience of six (6) months to three (3) years; management experience of zero (0) to three (3) years; five plus (5)+ years of direct experience; collaboration; communication (verbal & written); judgment/critical thinking; organizational understanding; planning (organizing, time management); problem solving; quality; reliability; safety and risk management; current NYS RN License; BLS Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross).
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous clinical nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting.
