Job Summary:
A Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Summit, New Jersey. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to surgical patients across various stages of recovery and treatment. The nurse will perform assessments, administer direct patient care, document accurately, and promote patient safety and satisfaction in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred; RN License required; BLS certification required; 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience on a medical-surgical floor.
• Additional Information: The role involves performing thorough patient assessments, supporting patient education, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and contributing to team collaborative efforts in patient care delivery.
