Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) position is located in Tallahassee, Florida. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork and advanced clinical skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of recent ER experience and be prepared to start on 07/07/2026.

Job Details:

• Location: Tallahassee, Florida
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week
• Certifications Required: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Required Qualifications: Emergency Room experience of 3-5 years, ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications, no RTO restrictions or special scheduling needs
• Preferred Qualifications: Ability to assist in intubation and emergency lifesaving procedures, experience with procedures such as chest tubes, moderate sedation, lumbar puncture, laceration repair, and blood products
• Additional Information: The unit has 39 beds with a staffing ratio of 1:4, dedicated trauma and emergency equipment including crash carts, Alaris pumps, and bedside cardiac monitors. Staff should be multi-tasking, throughput-focused, and adept at teamwork. The unit maintains specific policies and guidelines, and candidates are encouraged to bring their experience of working with advanced emergency procedures.
