Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurses are needed at a healthcare facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. This position involves providing direct patient care activities for adult patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The role requires working night shifts with a broad focus on medical surgical and telemetry care, ensuring positive patient outcomes on a fast-paced, specialized unit.

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum 48 hours per week

• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (could extend up to 26 weeks)
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of Missouri or eligibility for licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA, minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry units, current NIHSS certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications and experience in telemetry care, team-oriented personality.
• Floating Requirements: Float rotation may be required, as needed, to similar or lower acuity units.
• Personality Fit: Team player, committed to positive patient outcomes, possesses superior communication skills.
• Dress Code: Scrubs, black in color.
• Additional Information: The RN will perform direct patient care activities for adult patients, monitor and coordinate care activities with ancillary departments, and adhere to established nursing practice guidelines, including the Missouri Nurse Practice Act and organizational standards. Candidates must be available for the entire orientation week, including day shift. Candidates will be expected to work at least one major winter holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years Day). The auto-offer process involves an interview within 24 hours, subject to managerial approval.
