Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse Miles City, Montana. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency environment. The nurse will perform independent clinical functions, assess patient needs, and implement appropriate treatments, ensuring patient safety and well-being. The position requires a proactive approach to patient assessment, health education, and collaboration with healthcare team members.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts with 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: ASN (Associates Degree in Nursing) from an accredited school of nursing; current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; at least 0 years of experience in a clinical or emergency setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree of Nursing. Certification appropriate for the emergency department is preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required as per departmental needs.
• Additional Information: The role involves performing independent nursing duties, executing medical functions delegated by physicians, managing documentation, and providing health education and counseling to patients. Flexibility to float across departments within competency scope and on-call during scheduled shifts may be required.
