Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a clinical role on the surgical floor in Summit, New Jersey. This position involves providing comprehensive patient care with a focus on assessment, clinical skills, documentation, safety, patient education, and professionalism. The RN will support perioperative activities, ensure patient safety, and participate in patient education and care planning.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred; RN license required; 1 year of clinical experience required.
• Specialty: Medical Surgical Floor (MS).
• Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts.
• Minimum Experience: 0 years.
• Physical Requirements: As defined by Occupation Safety and OSHA standards.
• Additional Information: Must have infusion RN experience, including starting IVs and working with PICC lines, Midlines, and portacaths. Ability to draw labs peripherally and from ports, administer medications including antibiotics, IVIG, blood transfusions, and injections. Must be comfortable working with various infusion therapies and maintaining clean, sterile procedures.
