Job Summary:
A Nurse Manager position is available in Miami, Florida. This role involves overseeing nursing operations within a healthcare facility, supporting clinical teams, and ensuring efficient patient care delivery. The selected candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and experience in managing nursing staff within a hospital setting.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelors degree in Nursing or higher, 2 years of relevant RN experience, familiarity with Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) system, and experience in nurse management or leadership roles.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a hospital environment, leadership training or certifications, and knowledge of hospital workflows.
- Float: Not applicable.
- Additional Information: The role primarily involves clinical resource management, supporting OR and perioperative services, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication skills and familiarity with OR workflows are essential. Candidates should possess good clinical knowledge and leadership abilities to serve as a resource for staff and executive leaders.
