Job Summary:
The operating room (OR) specialty in Vermont involves providing surgical support within a busy healthcare facility. The role requires maintaining high standards of patient care and operational efficiency during scheduled shifts. Candidates will be responsible for assisting in surgical procedures and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts with day, evening, and on-call rotations. The position includes on-call responsibilities once a week and every fifth weekend. Shift options include four 10-hour shifts (7:00 a.m. 5:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. 6:30 p.m.) or five 8-hour shifts (7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m., 9:00 a.m. 5:30 p.m., or 10:00 a.m. 6:30 p.m.). Weekend call every fifth weekend and one weeknight call per week are also required.
• Required Qualifications: Valid licensure and certification as an operating room (OR) professional; successful completion of relevant educational programs; at least 1 year of OR experience preferred; located in or willing to commute to Vermont.
• Additional Information: The position involves supporting surgical teams, adhering to established surgical protocols and safety standards, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
