Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Adult Acute Care for a Medical Surgical Floor in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care in a 25-bed acute care setting, supporting general medical-surgical patients with a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes. The position offers a night shift schedule with scheduled weekend and holiday rotations.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift hours from 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m., with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid State License or Compact license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (AHA), WV Cares certification or active status, and at least 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in adult acute care or medical-surgical nursing.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry units.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to general medical-surgical patients, adhering to hospital policies and standards, and utilizing the Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) system. A Navy Blue scrub uniform is required; other attire must comply with hospital dress code policy.
