Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a registered nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) care in a hospital setting. The role involves providing advanced patient care for critically ill adult and pediatric patients, with a focus on maintaining patient stability and safety. The position requires a dedicated healthcare professional capable of functioning efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid California RN license, at least 2 years of ICU experience, BSN degree preferred, proficient in Epic charting system.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (Updated documentation required).
• Skills: Managing arterial lines and ports, ventilator management, chest tube procedures, blood product administration, continuous IV sedation and paralytics, arterial blood gas interpretation, dysrhythmia management, infection control, invasive procedures, and ventilator skills required.
• Additional Information: Ability to work with patient ratios of 1:4-5; floating to Medical/Surgical or Emergency Department as needed; orientation includes approximately 12 hours of training; candidates must complete all onboarding requirements within specified timelines; work dates from 09/14/2026 to 12/14/2026.
