Description

Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery (L&D) Specialist in the Chattanooga area. This position involves providing high-quality care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum. The role requires collaborative teamwork within a busy hospital environment focused on maternal-infant health and safety.

Job Details:

Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery. Education requirements include a relevant nursing degree, and candidates must be licensed as a registered nurse (RN).
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and familiarity with hospital protocols and standards for obstetric care.
