Job Summary:
Operating Room Nurse in Asheville, North Carolina. This role involves providing specialized surgical nursing care within a busy perioperative environment, supporting a variety of service lines including general, gynecology, robotic, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma. The position offers the opportunity to work with advanced equipment and contribute to a high-acuity surgical department.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; broad surgical knowledge; experience in service lines to include general, gynecology, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma; no minimum experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with advanced surgical procedures and familiarity with Cerner documentation system.
• Float: Float to other departments may be required.
• Additional Information: The position involves working in a high-capacity operating room environment with a focus on patient safety and surgical excellence. Scrubs are provided by the facility, and the dress code requires the use of facility-provided scrubs.
