Job Summary
Telemetry (Telemetry) nurse position available in a healthcare facility specializing in adult and geriatric patient care. This role involves providing patient monitoring and care for adult populations in a dynamic medical environment during night shifts. The position requires a dedicated healthcare professional with experience in telemetry and associated clinical skills.
Job Details
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
- Education Requirements: Valid license or certification to practice as a Telemetry nurse.
- Location Requirements: Current state or compact license must be in hand at the time of submittal.
- Years of Experience: 2 years preferred; minimum 0 years required.
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Responsibilities: Managing cardiac telemetry, interpreting arterial blood gases (ABGs), managing cardiac drips without titration, and utilizing rapid response or code teams.
- Submittal Requirements: All candidates must complete core onboarding items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing. Modules are completed onsite during orientation and are non-billable.
