Job Summary:
An ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse is needed in Framingham, Massachusetts. The role involves assessing, planning, and providing direct clinical care to assigned patients per shift, with supervision of staff delegated to the nurse. The nurse will support the facility's chief nursing officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, as well as maintain clinical competency and resource management related to patient care.

Job Details:

• Location: Framingham, Massachusetts
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, an associate's or bachelors degree in nursing, willingness to work night shifts, and at least 0 years of experience in ICU nursing
• Additional Information: The ICU / CCU Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support the facility chief nursing officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
