Job Summary:
Operating Room Technician (ORT) in Vail, CO. This position involves supporting surgical teams by maintaining sterile fields, preparing instruments, and assisting with patient transport and room turnover. The role requires a focus on safety, aseptic technique, and effective communication within the perioperative team, with a focus on Tier 1 surgical cases.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Completion of a Certified Surgical Technologist program and/or Licensed Surgical Technologist; licensed as a Surgical Technologist in Colorado; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ability to acquire necessary computer skills within 90 days; proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking; valid Colorado Surgical Technologist license.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a surgical setting or OR environment.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
