Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Dialysis Unit in Tallahassee, Florida. This ongoing assignment requires delivering inpatient renal dialysis care during daytime shifts. A minimum of four years of clinical experience with at least two years of acute inpatient dialysis experience is essential. Prior travel experience and teaching hospital background are also required. Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Days, 9 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Florida licensure (or compact license), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), minimum of 4 years of clinical nursing experience including 2 years in acute inpatient dialysis, prior travel experience, and teaching hospital experience

• Additional Information: The assignment involves working with a specialized Dialysis Unit in a teaching healthcare facility with a trauma level 2 designation. The facility is a designated Comprehensive Stroke Center and Chest Pain Center, featuring a six-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2 on the unit and 1:1 at the bedside. The schedule includes call four days a week and every other weekend. Epic electronic health record training is provided during orientation, with testing out or full training required if testing is not passed.
