Job Summary
Mother/Baby Specialty Nurse Location unspecified. This position involves providing care to mother-baby pairs in a hospital setting. The assignment features 12-hour daytime shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a minimum of 36 hours per week. The role requires flexibility due to the units staffing needs and an orientation schedule starting on 09/14/2026, with no orientation on 09/07/2026 due to Labor Day.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours, minimum 36 hours per week, starting 09/28/2026, ending 12/26/2026
- Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications; Compact or TN nursing license on file at the time of submission; Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience; Prior travel experience is required.
- Preferred Qualifications: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification is preferred.
- Float: Float rotation may be required to assist in NICU and Labor & Delivery units, but float is not mandatory.
- Additional Information: The position involves helping hands in NICU and L&D. Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Cerner and GE Centricity. No call required; weekends are required. Candidates must be flexible to meet the units staffing needs.
