Job Summary
Home Health Care Registered Nurse in York, Maine. This full-time position involves providing patient-centered care in a home health setting across a 13-week assignment. The role includes a weekend rotation with minimal weekend duties and requires no call. The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of home health care experience and be able to perform OASIS visits.

Job Details

Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week from 08/31/2026 to 11/30/2026.
Required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maine, BLS certification, at least one year of home health care experience, ability to perform OASIS visits.
Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
