Job Summary
Telemetry Nurse (RN) Nights Denver, Colorado. This travel assignment involves providing specialized nursing care on a telemetry unit within a hospital setting. The role requires engaging with a dynamic team to deliver quality patient care, with emphasis on team collaboration and patient safety.

Job Details

Schedule: Nights shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, minimum 1-year current acute care hospital telemetry experience, BLS & ACLS certifications, and located within a feasible commuting distance
Preferred Qualifications: Experience caring for post-operative CABG patients, Meditech electronic medical record system experience
Responsibilities include programming and monitoring GE telemetry systems, performing IV and Foley starts, chest tube removal, and supporting patient recovery procedures
Typical patient ratios are 4 or 5:1 on the telemetry unit
Outgoing, team-oriented personality and willingness to take initiative are valued traits
