Job Summary:
RN (Registered Nurse) - Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor in Tampa. This position involves providing specialized inpatient acute rehabilitation care to adult patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. The role supports the organization's mission to maximize patient health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: RN license, CNA certification, 0 years of experience, located within the specified geographic area if applicable
• Preferred Qualifications: Rehabilitation experience is a plus but not required
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information:
  • Unit has 80 beds with patient ratios of 1:6/7 for RNs and 1:10/12 for CNAs
  • Equipment includes hospital standard lift equipment with no vents
  • EHR utilized is EPIC
  • The patient population is primarily adults 18+ recovering from post-surgical, stroke, cardiac issues, or hemodialysis
  • First day report time is 6:45 am & 6:45 pm at the designated location
  • No weekend or call requirements
  • Parking is available in a large lot adjacent to the facility
  • Position is a contractor replacement, with start date 08/31/2026 and end date 11/30/2026
