Job Summary:
The Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS/Telemetry) Registered Nurse position is located at a healthcare facility known for its commitment to patient care excellence. This role requires providing high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a diverse clinical environment. The position involves shift accountability for the delivery of safe, effective care in accordance with state Nurse Practice Acts and hospital policies, using critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership skills to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week, with a 13-week duration starting on 09/08/2026 and ending on 12/08/2026.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Arizona nursing license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Cerner Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience.
- Float: Float rotation may be required, with the ability to work across multiple departments and facilities, including Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita.
- Additional Information: The position involves working in a float pool environment. Scrub color is flexible. The role involves providing patient care in both medical-surgical and telemetry units, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and protocols.
