Job Summary
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) registered nurse position is based in a healthcare facility and involves providing specialized patient care within the ICU setting. This role requires the ability to work upcoming holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. The nurse must have previous travel experience and at least two years of ICU experience within the past three years. The assignment involves working a flexible schedule, with shifts scheduled during daytime hours.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association), NIHSS, and CPI (or MAB) certifications; ability to read telemetry strips; at least two years of ICU experience within the past three years; previous travel experience; clear compliance clearance required 10 days prior to orientation.
• Preferred Qualifications: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays; reliability and transparency; able to work with minimal time off requests.
• Additional Information: Travel is not required for this position. Floating is not required within the candidates scope of practice. Charge or preceptor duties may be assigned and will be reflected on the nurses timesheet. Orientation is scheduled for relevant RN specialties, including ED, Med Surg, Tele, Forensics, ICU, NICU, Postpartum, and Labor & Delivery.
