Job Summary:
The Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS/Telemetry) Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing patient care in a float pool setting across multiple departments and facilities. The position requires flexibility to float between different hospital units and facilities, delivering safe and effective nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and state regulations. This role is suitable for an adaptable healthcare professional committed to clinical excellence.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Arizona RN license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support); 2+ years of experience; must be willing to float between departments and facilities.
• Preferred Qualifications: Cerner experience; experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing; ability to demonstrate critical thinking and leadership.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The RN will demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, and clinical judgment in delivering safe patient care, maintain competencies through continuing education, and provide supervision and delegation as appropriate.
