Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in a healthcare facility. This travel position involves providing perioperative patient care as a surgical team member, working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR personnel. The role requires demonstrating critical thinking, leadership, and adherence to regulatory standards to ensure safe surgical procedures.

Job Details

• Certifications and Qualifications: ACLS, BLS, two or more years of experience with strength in Orthopedic surgery, Neurosurgery, Robotics, ENT, General Surgery, Urology, Vascular, Gynecology. Cerner experience required. CNOR preferred.
• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities: Ensuring availability of supplies, timely case management, communication with patient families, updating physician preference cards, and assisting with surgical procedures. Supervising personnel delivering patient care.
• Additional Information: The role involves floating between campuses as needed. All Florida travelers must complete AHCA fingerprinting prior to start date. Candidates must demonstrate competence in surgical procedures and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
