Job Summary
Telemetry (TELE) Nurse in Highlands, NC This position involves providing specialized nursing care within a 24-bed acute care unit. The role focuses on caring for geriatric and inpatient rehab patients, including swing bed patients, with an emphasis on wound care and adherence to unit-specific policies. Job Details

• Location: Highlands, NC
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification, CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) training, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, and relevant experience in patient care, with a focus on geriatric or inpatient rehab experience. No minimum experience required beyond the outlined certifications and skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with wound care procedures and a background in caring for swing bed patients.
• Responsibilities: Deliver patient-centered care, follow unit-specific policies and guidelines, utilize standard medical equipment, and maintain compliance with documentation standards via Cerner system.
