Job Details

• Position Description: The role involves working in a Medical/Surgical telemetry setting with an average of 16 beds per unit, handling post-surgical and medical patients. Clinicians must pass a dysrhythmia exam within two attempts prior to signing the contract and complete a pass/fail simulation lab on Day 1 of orientation.
• Required Qualifications: Valid license to submit, American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS and BLS certifications, minimum of 2 years of experience in telemetry nursing, and ability to pass the dysrhythmia exam.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Nurses may be required to float to a sister facility if needed. The unit requires specific orientation and adherence to hospital policies regarding cancellations and charting system usage.
