Job Details

• Position Description:
  The Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS/Telemetry) Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for delivering care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Acts and hospital policies and procedures. The RN demonstrates critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and providing safe patient care; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities based on staff education and experience; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.

• Required Qualifications:
  Arizona license, BLS, ACLS, 2+ years of experience, ability to float between departments and facilities, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

• Schedule:
  Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.

• Additional Information:
  This is a float pool position, requiring flexibility to work across multiple facilities, including Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita. Cerner experience is preferred. The assignment duration is 13 weeks, with a start date of 09/14/2026, ending on 12/14/2026. The work involves 6 weekend shifts every 6-week schedule, with shift hours from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.
