Telehealth Nurse, Telemetry, Merrimack. This position involves providing specialized nursing care to patients in a telemetry unit, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and protocols. The role supports holiday coverage and requires experience in telemetry nursing.

Job Details

Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), two years of experience in telemetry nursing, and the ability to meet education and licensure requirements.
Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 32 hours per week.
Responsibilities: Provide patient-centered nursing care, monitor and interpret telemetry data, and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Submission Requirements: Candidates must be available for orientation on 9/22 and 10/13, with the start date on 09/22/2026 and end date on 01/02/2027.
Additional Information: This role includes holiday coverage. Candidates should be within 50 miles of the facility to qualify for the local rate.
