Job Summary:
Mother/Baby Couplet Care RN - Night Shift - Location unspecified. This role involves providing specialized nursing care in a mother/baby unit, supporting neonatal and maternal health needs during night hours. The position requires experience in neonatal and obstetric patient care, with a focus on postpartum and newborn assessments.
Job Details:
- Required Qualifications: RN license in Maryland or a Compact State, BLS certification, NRP certification, 2 years of experience in neonatal and maternal care, skills in neonatal resuscitation, postpartum monitoring, and infant care, and proficiency with Epic charting system.
- Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Candidates must be comfortable floating within scope and work within a multidisciplinary team supporting both neonatal and maternal patients.
