Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing bedside nursing care, collaborating with physicians to develop care plans aimed at restoring patient health, and overseeing activities of ancillary personnel. The position requires a focus on evidence-based practice, effective communication, and leadership in a busy ICU setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid state RN license; 2 or more years of ICU experience; open heart experience; comfortable floating to Emergency Department and Step-down units; certifications including BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS, NIHSS; experience with TCAR, TNCC, CCRN, SCRN is preferred; travel experience is preferred; neuro surgical experience is preferred; start date 10/05/2026, end date 01/04/2027
• Preferred Qualifications: Neuro surgical experience; open heart experience
• Additional Information: The position involves collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, delegating tasks, participating in patient conferences, and mentoring junior staff. The role emphasizes clinical expertise, organizational skills, and effective communication.
