Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurse position available in a healthcare facility located in the region. The role involves practicing independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex nursing care, and managing patient care plans while coordinating with other healthcare team members. The position requires delivering high-quality patient care according to established standards and protocols.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred; minimum of 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred; BLS certification (American Heart Association required); ACLS certification (American Heart Association required); RN license in the state of Texas or with a compact license.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing preferred; participation in New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days; successful completion of organizational onboarding, competency validations, and annual competency requirements.
• Additional Information: All newly hired experienced registered nurses must attend an orientation program designed for new nurses, with precepted training at the bedside. Participation in a residency program or other orientation is also available. Competency validation is documented through designated tracking software.
