Description
Job Summary:
L&D (Labor and Delivery) specialty nurse is needed in a healthcare facility for a night shift position. The assignment is expected to start within 5-7 days from offer acceptance and will last approximately 8 weeks. The role involves providing specialized care in the Labor and Delivery department, ensuring patient safety and comfort during childbirth and related care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 48 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid healthcare professional licensure, relevant certifications for labor and delivery nursing, no minimum years of experience required, and location requirements as per assignment details
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in labor and delivery or maternal-neonatal nursing is advantageous
- Additional Information: No special scheduling or planned time off required during the assignment. The position involves working in a busy Labor and Delivery department, providing direct patient care, monitoring fetal well-being, and collaborating with obstetric teams.
